By using this website or placing an order with Glenn Family Crafting, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Products & Orders
All garden boxes are built to order. Standard sizes are listed on our website, and custom sizes are available by request. Orders are confirmed once details and pricing have been agreed upon and a deposit has been received.

Deposits & Payment
A 50% deposit is required to secure an order and begin the build process. The remaining balance, including any agreed-upon delivery fees, is due at the time of pickup or delivery.

Build Timing
Garden boxes are built in batches. Build timelines may vary depending on order volume, material availability, and seasonal demand. Estimated timelines are provided as a guideline and are not guaranteed.

Pickup & Delivery
Garden boxes are available for pickup in Prineville, Oregon, or local delivery by us within approximately one hour of Prineville. Delivery availability and fees are confirmed prior to scheduling delivery.

Cancellations & Refunds
Because all garden boxes are built to order, refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
