Refund Policy

All garden boxes from Glenn Family Crafting are built to order.

A 50% deposit is required to secure an order and begin the build process.

Deposits
Because each garden box is custom-built, deposits are non-refundable once materials have been purchased or construction has begun.

Cancellations
If an order is cancelled before materials have been purchased or construction has started, we will work with you to determine whether a refund is possible.

Final Payment
The remaining balance, including any agreed-upon delivery fees, is due at the time of pickup or delivery.
